Acceptance of terms

By using Beg, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. It's that simple.

What Beg does

Beg is a screen time management tool that restricts access to apps you choose to block. It uses speech recognition and motion sensors to evaluate your request for access. The app is designed for personal use and self-improvement.

No guarantees

Beg is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee that the Gatekeeper will always make the “right” decision, that the app will work perfectly on every device, or that it will cure your doomscrolling habit. But we're trying.

Your responsibilities

• Use Beg for personal screen time management only
• Don't use Beg to restrict someone else's device access without their consent
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the Gatekeeper (nice try)

Intellectual property

The Beg name, logo, design, and code are the property of Beg. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of significant changes.
